Google Inc. is an American multinational corporation that provides Internet-related products and services, including internet search, cloud computing,software and advertising technologies.

Google's Mision Statement:
Google's mission is to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful...Google explains that it believes that the most effective, and ultimately the most profitable, way to accomplish our mission is to put the needs of our users first. Offering a high-quality user experience has led to strong word-of-mouth promotion and strong traffic growth.

Google's Vision Statement:
Google belives that; focus on the user and all else will follow. For this purpose, develop a perfect search engine.

Organizational Strategy of Google:
Google grows with buying the companies from past to present. For examples;

-Google bought Applied Semantic's adsense product in 2003. In the same year Blogger that provides to users creating their blog bought by Google.
-In 2004 Google Maps is born by bought the Keyhole company.
-Android Inc. is built by Andy Rubin. Google bought it in 2005 and today it become indispensable platform for smart phones.
-The biggest acquisition was in 2008. Google paid $3.2 billion dolar for DoubleClick operation. In today Google has its share of %13 online advertising market in United States through DoubleClick.
